Vehicle service contracts may be purchased at any time while the manufacturer's warranty (36 months/36,000 miles - whichever comes first) is still in effect. After the warranty has expired, a vehicle service contract may be purchased only at the time of vehicle purchase. So if you didn't purchase a vehicle service contract when you purchased your new GM vehicle (Chevrolet, Pontiac, Buick, Cadillac, GMC, or Saturn) and you are still covered by the factory warranty, call us at 703-591-4800 and ask for the Finance Department.
